Port of Davao exceeds November 2021 Collection Target

The Bureau of Customs (BOC)- Port of Davao has exceeded its November target with a total revenue collection of P3.184 billion.

The Port of Davao, together with its sub-ports in Dadiangas, Parang, and Mati, surpassed its P3,084,000,000 target for the said month with a remarkable surplus of P100,777,642.17 or a 3.27 % positive deviation.

District Collector Atty. Erastus Sandino Austria commends Customs Davao personnel for their collaborative efforts and the Port's stakeholders for their continuous import and export transactions despite the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic, and for their full obedience to customs laws and regulations.

The Port will continue to strengthen its revenue collection performance by strictly implementing the correct valuation of goods and the rightful assessment and collection of duties and taxes.
