June 2022 Collectors’ Conference hosted by Port of Davao

The Bureau of Customs (BOC), Port of Davao hosted the BOC’s June 2022 Collectors’ Conference on June 4, 2022, at Davao City. Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero and the Bureau’s Deputy Commissioners, Directors, Division Chiefs, and District Collectors attended the said event.

During the meeting, District Collectors discussed various accomplishments and concerns of their respective collection districts. BOC’s collection performance including updates of its ICT systems and strategies to support the programs of BOC was also presented.

Commissioner Guerrero commended their efforts and hardwork for consistently exceeding the assigned revenue collection target for BOC while continuously improving the enforcement and trade facilitation capabilities of the Bureau.

Also, Ports that were able to exceed the May 2022 assigned targets were awarded certificates of commendations such as Ports of San Fernando, Manila, Manila International Container Port, Batangas, Legaspi, Iloilo, Cebu, Tacloban, Cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga, Davao, Subic, Clark, Aparri, and Limay.
