BOC Port of Davao conducts good governance and best practice sharing with Port of Surigao

The Bureau of Customs (BOC)-Port of Davao, through its local Office of the Strategy Management Office (OSM), organized a governance and best practice sharing with the employees of the Port of Surigao on March 30 to April 1, 2022.

BOC Davao cascaded some of its administrative service practices, such as the full automation and implementation of the Internal Administrative Management Service (IAMS), budget allocation, and financing services of the organization.

The said port also shared knowledge on managing social media accounts, dissemination of press releases, and the importance of creating good links with local media partners that can help with the execution of BOC’s Communication Plan for the year 2022.

BOC Davao remains committed to supporting the reforms and innovations brought by the Bureau's Performance Governance System (PGS).
